Customers may cancel orders anytime prior to shipment dispatch from our village processing hubs:

• Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: 100% instant refund will be credited to your Customer Wallet or original bank payment method.
• Post-Dispatch Cancellation: Once dispatched and assigned a courier tracking number, orders cannot be cancelled mid-transit.

2. Damaged, Defective or Leaky Packages

We take immense pride in delivering 100% pure organic produce. If your order arrives with broken seals, outer package tears, or leakage during transit, Kanchana Flour & More provides a 100% Free Replacement at zero additional cost to you.

• Items with opened security seals or partially consumed food contents cannot be returned unless proven defective at the time of unboxing.

Upon claim verification and approval:

• Bank / UPI Account Refund: Refunds to original payment methods (Razorpay / PhonePe) are processed within 3 to 5 business days as per banking network standards.
