By accessing https://kfmnrt.com, creating an account, or placing an order for organic produce, millets, cold-pressed oils, or A2 Ghee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Organic Produce & Natural Product Variations

All agricultural items offered on Kanchana Flour & More are grown and harvested directly by smallholder tribal farmers in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana without synthetic chemical fertilizers or artificial preservatives:

• Natural Variations: Traditional non-polished grains, desi seeds, and wood-pressed oils may exhibit minor variations in color, grain size, or natural aroma across harvest seasons.
• Weight & Moisture Content: Net weights are measured accurately at the time of vacuum sealing. Natural moisture evaporation during transit is normal for unrefined superfoods.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Order Payments

All prices listed on the storefront are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping, Cancellations & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours from our village processing hubs. Detailed delivery SLAs and replacement terms are governed by our official Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

5. User Account Responsibilities
